In 1987 Matthew Stengler, the youngest son of an infamous crime boss, spirals home to "Crime Town, USA" to confront his homicidal half-brother Stephen, a dark inheritance and his own even darker deeds.
In 2017, haunted and grieving in sun-baked isolation, he finds himself stalked by an enigmatic young woman, Valerie Donahue, who brings with her the terrible ramifications of a past which refuses to be forgotten.

Writer / Director Michael Capone's DAMNATION (88m) fuses crime, melodrama and psychological horror into an intense, decidedly analog saga. Featuring a riveting central performance originated in 1986 and resumed three decades later, initially shot on 16 millimeter film and then 8K digital, DAMNATION is stylistically bold and thematically rich.
Pivoting between the near present and the actual past, propelled by an eclectic group of songs from contemporary hard rockers Minus One and 80's industrial music pioneers Dementia Precox, who’s lead singers both play unforgettable characters in the film, DAMNATION is truly one-of-a-kind.
